Job E. Jones Dies Suddenly
Job E. Jones, father of Mrs. Russell D. Buss, died Monday night, November 17, at his home in Mediapolis, Iowa after an Illness of only one-hour.
Mr. Jones, a life long resident of Centerville until about ten years ago when he moved to Burlington, had been in his usual health until Monday evening. Death followed about an hour after the first attack.
Mr. Jones moved to Burlington ten years ago, and later to Mediapolis where his daughter, Mrs. Paul Fisher lives.
He is survived by his widow of Mediapolis, one son, Maurice of Durant, Iowa; a daughter, Irene Fisher of Mediapolis; a daughter, Muriel L. Buss of this city; a brother Frank of Davenport; and three sisters, Mrs. James Maxwell of Centerville and Emma and Mary of Kansas City, Missouri. A son Robert, preceded him in death March 1949, and a sister, Harriett Wilson of Centerville, in December of 1948.
