Myrtle Loretta Bates Timm, age 84, died January 6, 1984, in an American Fork hospital of heart failure. Born December 24, 1899, in Grantsville, Utah to Horace Lyman and Caroline Josephine Nielson Bates. Married Arthur Henroid, September 5, 1919. He died. Married Delmont Vernon Timm, November 8, 1929. He died December 8, 1975. Member of the LDS Church. Lived most of her life in Callao, Utah.
Survived by one son and two daughters: Robert V. Timm, West Jordan; Mrs. Arnold (Mildred) Jensen, Ogden, Utah; Mrs. Rex (Dorothy) Lee, Lehi, Utah; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters; Elmer Bates, Erda, Utah; Cecil Bates, Callao, Utah; Ila Henroid, Ely, Nevada; Perlean Henroid, Pleasant Valley, Utah; Doll Bolinder and Beulah Bolinder, both of Grantsville, Utah; Joan Garrard, Lake Point, Utah; Florence Dangerfield and Della Sousa, both of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by a daughter, Katherine Henroid.
Funeral services held Monday, 12 noon, in the Russon Brothers Mortuary Chapel, 255 South 2nd East, where friends may call Sunday, 6-8 p.m., and Monday one hour prior. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
