Mrs. B. M. Mathis, resident of Albany 40 years, passed away in the Gainesville hospital. Mrs Mathis had been in declining health for several years.

The funeral was held at First Baptist Church

Mrs. Della Aubrey Mathis was born March 12, 1894, at Dexter. She was married to Ben Mathis in Montague Dec. 11, 1926. The family came to Albany to live 40 years ago, and lived here since except for a short time when they were in Whitesboro. They returned to Albany early this year.

Mrs. Mathis was a member of the Fort Griffin Baptist Church, and belonged to the Rebekah Lodge No. 86 at Gainesville.

First husband was Benjamin Gillian Anderson 1893-1923, second husband was Benjamin M Mathis

Billie George Mathis should be listed with Dellas' children. He is her youngest son. Born 4/21/1935 - still living.
