Lillian "Polly" Chesser, 80, Lompoc, CA, died Friday at Redmond Regional Hospital, Rome, GA.
The Georgia native had lived in Middleburg for many years before moving to California. Mrs. Chesser was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Boynton of Lompoc; a brother, Roy Sharp of Castle Hayne, NC; three sisters, Annie Conway of Jacksonville, Marie Canova of Middleburg and Betty Saunders of Rome; 5 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the First Baptist Church, Middleburg, with burial in Methodist Cemetery, Middleburg. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. tomorrow until time of service at the church. Helm Funeral Home, Green Cove Springs, is in charge.
