Mr Pack was born March 28, 1899 in Meade County, Kentucky the son of William & Catherine (Jupin) Pack.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Emily Lawson.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia (Thomas) Pack, two daughters, Georgia Rose Riecher and Thelma Lee Wardrip; two sons, William Sanford (Bill) Pack and Oliver Earl Pack Sr.; one brother, Robert Lee Pack and one sister, Mable Hall and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Bethel Methodist Church, burial followed in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were William Hall, Emil Cunningham, Lonnie Lawson, Albert Lawson, Gus Owen Dix and Kenneth Raymer.
