Mrs. Pack was born April 15, 1873 in Meade County, Kentucky a daughter of William Henry Jupin and Mary Ellen (Miller) Jupin. She married William Alexander Pack on September 27, 1896 in Meade County, Kentucky. Her father was one of the founders of Bethel Methodist Church.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. R. Randolps with burial in the Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery.
