Orlan K. Mueller, 89, Forestville, died Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Autumn Fields Assisted Living, Luxemburg. He was born June 7, 1927 in the Town of Clay Banks to Andrew and Alvina (Luedtke) Mueller. He attended Lakeview School and later went back and got his GED. He enter the U.S. Army September 19, 1945 and served in the Phillipines. After his discharge April 11, 1946 he drove a milk truck for 30 years. After that he drove a tour bus for Wisconsin Michigan for six years and then a bus driver for Sturgeon Bay Schools.

He married Betty Mae Chaudior in Sturgeon Bay on October 25, 1947. They went Polka Dancing every Sunday for many years.

Orlan is survived by his wife Betty, two sons Tommy (Kathleen) Mueller, Forestville; Terry (Marijo) Mueller, Forestville; four grandsons Marty (Anne) Mueller, Sturgeon Bay; Troy (Molly) Mueller, Neenah; Nicholas (Lori) Mueller, Thomasville, NC; and Chad (Joni) Mueller, Madison; four great grandchildren Dana and Gretchen Mueller, Brady Mueller and Easton Mueller; two brothers Orville (Carole) Mueller, Algoma; Goldie (Corrine) Mueller, Algoma; and sister-in-law Helen Mueller, DePere; brother-in-law Alvin Jr. (Pat) Chaudior, Algoma and sister-in-law Gayle (Chuck) Gulley, Forestville.

Orlan was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Alvina, In-laws Alvin and Dora Chaudior, two brothers and one sister-in-law Wilbur (Lorraine) Mueller and Robert Mueller, he also had four infant brothers that preceded him in death.

Family and friends may call at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Forestville, Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 9:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Christopher Jackson officiating. Entombment at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

The family wants to give a special thank you to Lori Hucek and the entire staff at Autumn Fields and Southern Care Hospice for all the care and kindness given to Orlan and the care they are giving Betty during her stay there now.
