Betty Mae Mueller, 95, formerly of Forestville, passed away, Monday May 8, 2023, at Waterfalls Health, Algoma. She was born August 4, 1927 in Forestville to Alvin and Dora (Miller) Chaudoir.
Betty graduated from the Algoma High School and worked at Katch's, Midwest Wire and Schlise Implement in Forestville for many years.
Betty married Orlan Mueller on October 25, 1947 in Sturgeon Bay.
She is survived by her two sons, Tommy (Kathleen) Mueller, Forestville and Terry (Mari Jo) Mueller, Green Bay; four grandchildren Marty (special friend Persephone Seiler), Troy (Molly), Nicholas (Lori) and Chad (Joni); eight great grandchildren Dana, Gretchen, Brady, Easten, Hadley, Harper, Aubree and Drew
one sister Gayle (Chuck) Gulley, Forestville; sisters-in-law Corrine Mueller, Helen Mueller and Carolle Mueller.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Orlan, brother and sister-in-law Joe (Pat) Chaudoir, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Goldie Mueller, Orville Mueller, Wilbur (Lorraine) Mueller and Robert Mueller.
Family and friends may gather at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Forestville, Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 9:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Christopher Jackson officiating. Entombment at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
The family wants to give a special thank you to all the staff at Waterfalls Health for all the care and kindness given to Betty and her family during her five year stay there.
The Schinderle Funeral Home, Algoma, was entrusted with the arrangements for Betty Mueller.
