FAIRBURY - Muriel Wilson, 86, of Fairbury died at 10:20 p.m. Friday (April 7, 2000) at Fairview Haven Nursing Home, Fairbury.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, the Rev. Stanley Rapp officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the memorial home.
Memorials may be made to Fairview Haven Nursing Home, Fairbury.
She was born March 16, 1914, at Fairbury, a daughter of William Thomas and Rhoda Chapman Billingsley. She married Robert L. Wilson on March 16, 1934, at Bloomington. He died March 26, 1984.
Survivors include one son, Robert L. Wilson Jr., Chenoa; and a twin sister, Mildred Zimmerman, Fairbury.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the McLean County Farm Bureau and the Merry Makers Club. She was a homemaker.
