NOAH STAGG
Noah Stagg, 53 years old, well-known farmer living south of Paris, passed away Saturday morning about 8:30 o'clock, following an attack of dropsy.
Mr. Stagg, who was a son of Abraham and Rachel Stagg, was born in Parke County, Ind., but moved to Edgar County about twenty-five years ago.
He married Miss May Green, who survives him with five children: Mrs. Maude Black, Athel, Taylor, William and Ophelia Stagg.
He also is survived by a number of brothers ad sisters.
The funeral will be held from the home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. H. M. Brooks of Paris officiating, with burial in the Green cemetery.
Special note: The name is spelled "STAGGS"
