PETREY, BILLY R., 70, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the VA Hospital Hospice In-Patient Unit.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, he was a life long member of DAV, and member of Calvary Christian Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Otie W. Petrey; sisters, Virginia Petrey and Vioma Clemons; and brothers, Hobert and E.L. Petrey.
Survivors include his wife, two daughters, two sons, two sisters, a brother, four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, with a host of nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will be conducted at McFarland- Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, 111 N. Bardstown Road, Mt. Washington, KY 40047, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
