Ollie Sharp, 58 years old, died at 1:15 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home in Oakdale, nine miles southeast of Quapaw. Death followed an illness of several months.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rody Sharp; five daughters, Mrs. Ada Madison, Miss Bertha Sharp and Miss Ida Sharp, all at home; Mrs. May France of Jefferson City, Mo., and Mrs. Sarah Golden of Baxter Springs; two sons, Walter Sharp, at home and Ed Sharp of Jefferson City; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Carter of Colcord, Okla., Mrs. Bertha Hooper of Maywood, Cal, and Mrs. Bell Mendel of Centerville, Kas.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Quapaw Baptist church at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. M.R. Dearing pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Ottawa cemetery under direction of the Todd Undertaking company.
