Clyde Orval Howell, former resident of the Koleen community, died at Evansville Monday afternoon. He celebrated his 65th birthday last month.

Born at Koleen March 16, 1899, he was the son of Pete E. and Amanda Dover Howell.

Surviving are the wife, Etna, of Worthington, and children, Mrs. Curtis White, Mrs. Venus Dyer and Walter Howell of Worthington, Mrs. Gilbert Allen and Curtis Howell of Indianapolis, Russell Howell of Jacksonville, Mrs. John West of Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Clarence Duncan of Coal City and Mrs. Paul Yoder of Linton.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, the Rev. Harold Carter officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home.
