Edwin Bass, of Malden, died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, in Sandwich. Mr. Bass is a brother of Lucian A. Bass, of South Church street.

The funeral of Edwin Bass was held here Thursday. He went to Sandwich, Ill., late in the the fall to be with his three daughters and their families. Mrs. Bass passed away last August. He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Nellie May and Carrie Ruttan.
He leaves three daughters, Mrs. Emma Ebinger, Mrs. Sarah Fritsch and Mrs. Pearl Fritsch, all of Sandwich, Ill., and one son George, of Montana.
