- Agnes G. "Aggie" Lawrence, 93, formerly of 2861 Centennial Road, Hanover, died at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at Piney Mountain. She was the wife of Raymond J. "Saus" Lawrence Sr., who died Sept. 8, 1985.

A Funeral Liturgy will be at Sacred Heart Basilica at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Conewago Chapel Cemetery. There will be no viewing. The Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lawrence was born Sept. 20, 1905, in Irishtown, Adams County. She was the daughter of the late Sarah Jane (Miller) and Stanislaus G. Lawrence Sr.

She worked at Sylvania Shoe and Penn Box Factory in McSherrystown for many years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Basilica, Daughters of Isabella, Basilica over 50 Club, Society of Propagation of Faith and Cen tennial Fire Company Auxiliary.

Mrs. Lawrence is survived by two sons, Francis S. Lawrence of Hanover and John B. Lawrence of Waynesboro; several grandchildren; step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sister Gertrude Marie of Bethlehem. Mrs. Lawrence was preceded in death by a son, Raymond J. Lawrence Jr.

Celebrant for the Liturgy will be Monsignor George W. Rost.
