D. Nicholas Amoroso Age 66, of Wilmington, passed away Friday morning, October 22, 1999 at his home.
Mr. Amoroso was born June 1, 1933 in Wilmington to Dominick J. & the late Dora L. (Ciani) Amoroso. He was employed by PNC Bank, formerly Bank of Delaware, for 28 years, retiring in 1997 as a branch manager. He was also an Army veteran.
Mr. Amoroso is survived by his wife of 31 years, Diane G. Amoroso; his father, Dominick J. Amoroso of Wilm.; and his sisters, Rose Marie DeNest, Joanne L. Reese and Theresa L. Amoroso, all of Wilm.
A funeral Mass will be offered at Immaculate Heart of Mary R.C. Church, Shipley & Weldin Rds., Liftwood on Monday morning, Oct. 25 at 11 am. Visitation will be held in the church gathering area from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Ashland
