Joanne L. (Amoroso) Reese, age 74, of Wilmington, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012.
Joanne was born in Wilmington to the late Dominick and Dora (Ciani) Amoroso.
She was employed with the DuPont Company for many years and then worked for Hercules and PNC Bank in a clerical capacity.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Stanley and her sister, Theresa Amoroso of Wilmington. She was predeceased by her brother, Nick; and her sister, Rose Marie DeNest.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 28, at 10 am at St. Helena's Catholic Church, 602 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Helena's Catholic Church.
