TAHLEQUAH – Mary Falling passed from this life Tuesday, Nov. 21, in Tulsa, at 68 years of age. She was born Sept. 26, 1938, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Lester and Dorothy (Goodin) Pace.

Mary grew up in Enid, attending Enid Public Schools and graduating with the class of 1956. She attended and graduated from the Hillcrest School of Nursing, Tulsa, with a registered nurse degree in 1959.

She married Donal Glenn Falling June 11, 1960 in Enid. She retired as a registered nurse in 2001.

Mary was saved and baptized at Keys First Southern Baptist Church. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Tahlequah at the time of her passing.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Dorothy Pace; two sons, Brian and Jon Falling; and a brother, Gary Pace.

She is survived by her husband, Don Falling; a daughter, Lisa Umfleet and husband, Dave; two sisters, Sue Watkins and husband, Larry, and Nancy Watkins and husband, Ron; a sister-in-law, Janice Pace; four grandchildren, John and Lori Yount, Dallas Falling and Cole Umfleet; and numerous extended relatives and friends.

Services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 24, at Southside Baptist Church, Tahlequah, with Rev. Charles Keim officiating. Burial will follow at Timpson Chapel Cemetery near Vinita. Pallbearers include Larry Watkins, Ron Watkins, Grant Watkins, Scott Watkins, Keith Hunt and Matthew Reed.

Donations may be made in honor of Mary to Clarehouse, 7324 E. 49th Place, Tulsa, Okla., 74145.
