Kevin G. Aase, 36, of Clarmeont, died of natural causes Wednesday, April 21,1993, his home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Moland Lutheran Church, Merton Township, with the Rev. Donald Berg officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today (Friday) in Michaelson-Woodrich Funeral Home, Owatonna and one hour before the services Saturday in the church.

He was born July 5,1956, to Stanley and Irene (Sower) Aase in Faribault. He graduated from Owatonna High School in 1974 and attended Faribault Technical College for two years studying farm management. On June 28,1986, he married Michelle Edelman in Moland Lutheran Church, rural West Concord. He farmed in Merton Township, Steele County, until 1989. He returned to Faribault Technical College studying accounting from 1987 to 1989 and then entered the accounting field. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service in Claremont for the past few months. He was a member of Moland Lutheran Church and the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle of Claremont; stepsons, Alan, Brian and Craig Poore at home; parents, Stanley and Irene Aase of rural West Concord; brothers, Bernard Aase of Kingman, Ariz., Merland Aase of Auburn, Wash., Lauren Aase of Temple, Texas, and Brian Aase of West Concord; and a sister, Janet (Mrs. William) Donner of Diamond Bar, Calif.
