N.B. was born September 17, 1936 in Union County, North Carolina to the late Elijah Wilson Hinson and Carrie Biggers Hinson.
He was also preceded in death by son, Benjamin Cale Hinson.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, 7608 Concord Highway, Monroe. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the church officiated by Rev. Arval Rushing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Barbara Hinson of the home; one son, Kim Avery Hinson of Indian Trail; one granddaughter, Savannah Cale Hinson of Indian Trail; two sisters, Sarah Clontz and Rachel Thomas, both of Indian Trail.
N.B. retired from A.C. Widenhouse with over 30 years of service.
