Glenn L. Buntin Sr., age 88, passed from this life into the presence of the Lord on July 16, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Glenn was born on February 27, 1928 in Masham, Oklahoma to his parents Otis and Viola (Hope) Buntin. He married the love of his life, Patsy J. Ward, on March 10, 1950 in Sand Springs and they shared 61 years together until her passing on June 24, 2011.

Glenn worked as a millwright at Sheffield Steel from 1963 to 1990. Glenn was an avid hunter with many 1st place awards for his Walker dogs; he enjoyed sitting down to read his hunting magazines or tuning in to watch the Oklahoma Sooners, and enjoyed traveling with Pat.

He is survived by his two sons, daughter-in-law, his two grandchildren and spouses, and his two great grandchildren.

Glenn was preceded in passing by his wife Pat Buntin, his parents Otis and Viola Buntin, his sister Thelma Waive (spouse Charles) Merriman, and his brothers Lee (spouse Louise) Buntin and Elton (spouse Lucille) Buntin.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held on July 19, July 20, and July 21, 2016 from 8 am to 8 pm at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 at First Assembly of God, 501 N Wilson Ave, of Sand Springs at 1 pm. Glenn will be laid to rest at Woodland Memorial Park of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
