Previously known as Susan Louise Falkenrath (1950s-1960s, some of the 1970s), Ceridwen Oaktree (1970s), Susan Oaktree (1970s), Susan Falkenrath North (1980s), and Susan Falkenrath Wolf (1990s). Her childhood nicknames were Sue and Suzy.

There's no question that Susan was fond of changing her name to suit her fluid identity and sense of spirituality. She will keep genealogists scratching their heads forever, which she would have found amusing. When Susan selected her final name in 2000, she chose "Grace" as a tribute to her grandparents John Godlove and Adrianne Falkenrath, who were Spiritualists and members of the Unity Church.

Hobbies: Singing, songwriting, guitar, jewelry making, sewing, tarot, car camping, picnics on the beach, bargain and antique shopping

Religion/spiritual beliefs: Neo-paganism, pantheism, member of the Bay Area Reclaiming community, member of the Unity in Marin choir

Susan died before the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Marriage Equality. She was never legally married.
