Mrs. Sylvia D Carson, 53, wife of Harold M Carson Sr., died at her home, Fairfield R1, at 12:05 a.m. Saturday.
She was born at Fountaindale February 17, 1907, daughter of the late Chester and Harrie Harbaugh Sprenkle.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children; Harold M Carson, Jr., Fairfield; Robert,
Blue Ridge Summit; Mrs. John Donmoyer, Gettysburg R2, and William, Fairfield R1; 11 grandchildren, eight brothers and sisters; Arthur, Willard, Harold, Donald, Miss Evelyn, and Mrs. Lucille Baxter, all of Harrisburg; Clarence, Fairfield R1, and Mrs. Ethel Long, New Cumberland.
She was a member of the St. Jacob's Reformed Church of Fountaindale.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 today at the Wilson Funeral Home, Fairfield, in charge of the
Rev. Claude H Corl. Burial in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.
