She is survived by two daughters, Donna West, Kansas City; and Kathy Brown, Holts Summit; one grandson; a sister, Carmelita L. Green, Westphalia; and a brother, Donald Markway, Jefferson City.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Frank; and three brothers, Everett Markway, Ulysses (Pete) Markway, and Francis Markway.
She attended Jefferson City High School.
She was employed with The Department of Natural Resources as an Accounting Clerk for twenty-two years, retiring in 1977.
She was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
