Barbara S. Brower Dolson, 84, of Bradenton, Fla., died Sept. 3 in Freedom Village Assisted Living Facility, Bradenton. She was the wife of Harold A. Dolson Jr., who died in 1989.
Born Dec. 12, 1923, in Fort Wayne, Ind., daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Brower, she married the love of her life, Harold, formerly of Clarks Summit, in May 1947. The couple met when they were employed by General Electric, Fort Wayne. Their careers with General Electric took them to Binghamton, N.Y.; Dayton, Ohio; St. Louis; Lynn, Mass.; and The Hague, the Netherlands. They enjoyed their retirement in Bradenton.
