Ralph E. "Eddie" Hays, Sr., age 71, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle with his loving family by his side.
He was born April 14, 1945 in Carlisle to the late Edward A. and Esther Wickard Hays.
Ralph retired from PennDOT as a road foreman after 35 years of service and was a 1963 graduate of Carlisle High School. He was a member of AARP, the Carlisle Eagles, Aerie #1299 and the White Circle Club. He had been a member of the former Cumberland Fire Company since 1963.
