TELLICO VILLAGE, TN - Sherard Austin (Tiny) Tatum, Jr. - age 72 of Tellico Village passed away Monday, December 3, 2007 at Parkwest Medical Center after a long brave battle with leukemia. Tiny is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Peg Tatum; son, Dr. Scott Tatum and wife, Dr. Diane Dimond; grandchildren, Austin and Erin; sister, Susan Hays (Bubba); brother, Dick Tatum (Janice) and numerous nephews and nieces. "If you want to know the measure of a man, simply count his friends". Tiny will be dearly missed by his family and multitude of friends. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, December 22nd at Tellico Village Community Church.
