DIMMITT (Special) - Mrs. Sarah Estella Burch, 83, a Dimmitt resident for 79 years, died at 7:10 a.m. Thursday in a Dimmitt hospital.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Dimmitt. The Rev. Bethel Jeffrey of El Dorado will officiate. He will be assisted by Dr. Raymond Perkins, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dimmitt. Burial will be in Castro Memorial Gardens in Dimmitt.
Mrs. Burch was born in Ballinger and moved to Castro County in 1890.
Survivors include two sons, Elvis Burch of Slida, Colo., and Aubrey Burch of Ellensburg, Wash.; five sisters, Mrs. Ester Noble, Mrs. Claud Johnson and Mrs. Maggie Gollehon, all of Dimmitt, Mrs. J.O. Ayers Sr. of Anderson, Mo., and Mrs. Clara Williams of Hereford; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
