Paul Otto Bruemmer, avid fisherman & golfer, born 11-26-28 to Henry F. & Bessie Campbell Bruemmer went to meet his Lord 10-24-06.
He married Bernita Lyle in 1950 and they had 56 wonderful years together. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.
Preceding him in death was his father Henry Bruemmer, mother Bessie Bruemmer, brother Rudolph Bruemmer and sister Edna Telschow.
He is survived by his wife Bernita, son Darryl Bruemmer & wife Ann, 2 daughters, Sheryl Devlin & husband Mike, Paula Pechar & husband Dennis, 3 sisters, Dorothy Bewley, Irma Droske & husband Arno, Evelyn Bobo & husband Tom and sister-in-law Nita Bruemmer, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
He retired from the Post Office 1-2-89. He was a life long Lutheran and lived his life for his Lord & family.
We wish to thank the many compassionate doctors & nurses at S.W. Medical Center who helped him through life. Memorials may be given to your favorite charity or Trinity Lutheran Church.
Services: Sat. Oct. 28, 2006 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5701 S. May, officiated by Pastor Carl Hoffman.
