DIED.- Nancy Taylor. The deceased was born the 10th of May, 1830 in Indiana and died August 10th, 1897, Cloud County, Kansas. She was married to A.H. Bickford in 1870 and moved with her husband to Kansas in 1879. She leaves four children and her husband to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held in the Bethel Church, August 11th, S.B. Lucas officiating.

Nancy's first husband John Peters, born 1823 Pennsylvania USA. Marriage date about 1849 in Iowa. He died 1852 in Iowa. He is the father of Christopher Columbus Peters and Lafayette Peters. No known burial spot.
Nancy's second husband Samuel D. Townsend, born 1830 Ohio USA. Marriage date June 12, 1853 in Jackson, Iowa. He died March 2, 1862 in Arkansas during the Civil War. He is the father of Andrew Jackson Townsend and Jesse R Townsend. No known burial spot.

Nancy's mother: Theresa (Lucretia) Skinner. Born May 9, 1796 in Jackson County, Indiana. She married Jesse Tabor on May 24, 1819 in Jackson, Indiana. Died abt 1834 in same place.
