Survivors include his wife, the former Mildred Hicks; two sons, Harold Voorhees and Glen Voorhees, both of Salisbury Center; two brothers, Raymond Voorhees of Oppenheim and Clarence Voorhees of Salisbury Center; three sisters, Mrs. Roy (Nellie) Brown of Dolgeville, Mrs. Frank (Amy) Fonda of Glen and Mrs. Bessie Caudy of Cornwall-on-the-Hudson; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
