Dwayne was a master electrician and was the building inspector in Kimberling City for nine years. He was a member of The Freedom of Road Riders for 20 years and achieved his lifetime membership. Dwayne loved motorcycles, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and his guns. Most of all, he loved his family and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Naomi Beaver and Diana Sue Lyle.
Dwayne is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rose Atchley of the home; a son, Caleb Atchley of Branson, Missouri; a daughter, Chastidy Atchley of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; four grandchildren, Mariah Anderson, Trena Starr-Atchley, Misty Atchley and Cadence Atchley; two foster grandchildren, Ray and Pam; a brother, Lynn Atchley of Branson, Missouri; adopted brother, John Conley of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; a niece, Vicki Conley of Lawton, Oklahoma; a nephew, David Tony Kerbo of Eunice, New Mexico; two aunts, Juene Warren of Eunice, New Mexico, Della Phillips of Mangum, Oklahoma; a brother-in-law, Dale Beaver; and a multitude of Mays family brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, April 9th at Hunter's Friend Resort, 118 Myrtle Lane, Branson, Missouri, off Indian Point Road. Followed by food and fellowship to celebrate his life.
