Monie passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Homestead of Collinsville. She was born in Tennessee to Millard Metcalf and Gracie Lavine Sarah Caroline (Davis) Metcalf on June 16, 1926. Monie was married to Joe David Teeters. She was a member of the Holiness Church of Jesus Christ in Whitesboro.
Monie is survived by two sons, Danny Joe Teeters and wife, Carol, of Collinsville, and Roger Dale Teeters of Whitesboro; two daughters, Gracie Elaine Riley and husband, Larry, of Whitesboro, and Cathy Darlene Scott of Whitesboro; a sister, Essie Huneycutt of Collinsville; six grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Gracie; her husband, Joe David; a son, Richard Thurman Teeters; and several brothers and sisters.
