Mrs. Frankie Lamb, 80, beloved wife of Mr. Robert Jackson Lamb, entered into the presence of our Lord and Savior on April 7, 2016, at Doctors Hospital.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by her son, Robert Terrell Lamb; her siblings, Tunnie Walden, Mildred Jenkins, Johnnie Anderson, Rev. Herman Walden, Ray Walden, and Mary Huff.
Survivors include her son, Barry Lamb (Jeanna) of Blythe, Georgia and daughter, Tina Lamb Lancaster (Walter), of Augusta, Georgia. Other survivors include brothers, Reverend Thurman Walden of Hephzibah, Macon Walden, Jr, of Louisville, GA, and Bennie Walden, of Gibson, GA; sister Ruth Searcy, of New Castle, IN; granddaughters Crystal Brodie (Robert) of Aiken, SC and Tabitha Datka (Stephen) of Augusta.
Mrs. Lamb was the daughter of the late Macon and Lucy Swint Walden, Sr. She was a native of Gibson and had made Augusta her home for most all her adult life. Mrs. Lamb was a homemaker and attended the Augusta First Church of the Nazarene.
