MABANK -- Lynda Kelley, 56, formerly of the Big Country, died Monday in Kaufman after a short illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Gun Barrel City First Baptist Church with the Rev. Byron Jones officiating, directed by Eubank Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at noon Friday in Roscoe Cemetery, directed by McCoy Funeral Home of Roscoe.

Mrs. Kelley was born in Sweetwater and married Dub Kelley 20 years ago. She moved to Mabank in 1992 from Brownwood and formerly worked at Wal-Mart in Athens. She was a member of Mabank Quilters Guild, Women's Missionary Union and Gun Barrel City First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, of Mabank; three sons, Scott Smith of Guymon, Okla., Jeff Smith of Midland and Gregg Smith of De Soto; three stepchildren, Billy Kelley of Merkel, Sherry Worthy of Brownwood and Becky Kelley of Fort Worth; one sister, Joyce Alldredge of Sweetwater; three grandchildren; six step grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
