Sweetwater - Velma Henington, 86, died Monday, Dec. 23, 1996 in a local hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Sweetwater Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 23, 1910 in Sweetwater and was a lifetime resident. She was a delicatessen supervisor at Village Market and was a member of First Christian Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Alldredge of Sweetwater and Lynda Kelley of Mabank; two sisters, Wadie Foust and Iva Foust, both of Sweetwater; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
