Services for Mrs. Charles Meek, 55, 4409 45th St., will be at 4 p.m. today in Rix Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. I. D. Walker, pastor of Highland Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under direction of Rix.

Mrs. Meek died Sunday at her home. She had resided in Lubbock since 1949, moving from Grayson County.

Pallbearers will be Gordon L. Overman, Allan White, E. W. Lewis, William H. West, Delbert Chance and Prentice Chance.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Cothell Harris, Whitesboro, and Mrs. June Hamlett, 4413 27th St.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Hall, Idalou, and Mrs. Connie Fields, Paris; three brothers, Bruce Kerr, Dallas, and Travis M. and Thomas Kerr, both of Paris; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
