Lloyd C. Woodrow

BIRMINGHAM - Lloyd C. Woodrow, 63, died Friday afternoon at Jefferson County Hospital, where he had been a patient one day.

Born March 20, 1900, near Birmingham, he was the son of Robert and Sarah F. Baldwin Woodrow. On Sept. 13, 1922, he married Fern Jameson, who survives.

Besides his widow, survivors include a son, William of Birmingham; two brothers, Harold of St. Louis and Anthony of Keosauqua; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother.

He was a lifelong resident of the Bethel community, four miles northwest of Birmingham.

The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Birmingham Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Hoehns officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. The body is at Burch Funeral Home.
