Audie B. "Bill" Holder, 81, son of Alfred D. and Nora Ellen Bandy Holder, was born June 26, 1908, near Raymondville. He died March 25, 1990, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home at Mountain Grove.
He married Beulah Carlile July 1, 1928. They had two children.
He spent his lifetime in this area as a carpenter except for short periods of time spent in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
He married Rose Clinton November 18, 1959.
He was preceded in death by a son, Audie Joe; three sisters; five brothers; and two grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Rose; a daughter, Lu Ellen Billington of Amarillo, Texas; a stepdaughter, Patsy Coffey of Houston; a stepson, Dale Martin, of Irving, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Services were March 28 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Beckett officiating. Burial was in the Big Creek Cemetery.
