Dutcher, 71, will be held Wednesday with a prayer service for the family at Bruces Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. The body will then be taken to the McGuire Bend Church where the Rev. Kenneth Fogelman of Emmetsburg and the Rev. William Felicy, pastor of the Revival Center Church, will officiate at 2 p.m. services. Burial will be in the McGuire Bend Cemetery.
Mr. Dutcher was found dead in his home, 1117 1/2 1st St. SW, Sunday morning.
