She was previously employed as a health care provider for the Jamestown Home for Adults and also the Accredited Care, where she had earned certificates of achievement and acknowledgement. She was also a private nanny for several years while a resident in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.
Sally is survived by six children, one great grandson, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Domingo Pacheco; ten sisters, Norma Rivera, Donna Horan, Pauline Hitchcock, Isabel Blixt, Marilyn Hallquist, Phyllis Dupler, Doris Carlson, Lois Horan, Dorothy Swanson and Betty Palen and four brothers, Allen, Roger, Merle and Robert Hallquist.
