.Lawrence "Larry" J. Langer, age 72, of River Falls, died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at The Comforts of Home, in Hudson.
Preceded in death by parents, Emil and Margaret; brother, Kenneth and granddaughter, McKenna Brown.
Survived by loving wife, Mary (nee: Baker); children, Donna (Dick) Langer-Hansen, Robin (Anthony) Leali, Gail (Jess) Brown, and Paul (Shanie); grandchildren, Katelyn, Megan, Ryan, Christopher, Alyssa, Arden, Magdalena, Genevieve, Logan, Graham, Aidan, Lauren, and Kaylee; great-grandchildren, Hannah, and Ryleigh; brothers, Eugene (Mary Ann), Robert (Jenny), and Mike (Kim); sisters, Jeanette (Joe) Beissel, Doris (Frank) Holter, Karen (Florian) Reinardy, and Diane (Walter) Warwick.
Larry worked after high school at 3M Chemolite, farmed for many years near El Paso, and retired from Arrow Building Center in River Falls.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at St. Bridget's Catholic Church in River Falls. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Saturday, at Cashman-Hill Funeral Home in River Falls and also from 1 p.m. until time of service at the church on Sunday. Inurnment at St. Bridget's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
Cashman-Hill Funeral and Cremation Services in River Falls assisted the family.
