Thelma Williams Laughlin , 90, a resident of Strasburg, Virginia, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Lynn Care of Front Royal, VA.
A memorial service for Mrs. Laughlin will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Strasburg United Methodist Church with Rev. John B. Haynes, Jr. officiating. Burial will be private.
She was born in Strasburg, VA on March 13, 1925, a daughter of the late Bedford Henry and Mary Frances Ritenour Williams. She was married to the late George William Laughlin who died in 1986.
She was a retired hair stylist and lifelong member of Strasburg United Methodist Church where she was one of the founding members of the JOY Sunday School Class in 1949.
Survivors include her son, William "Willis" Laughlin of PA; brothers, James Williams of Woodstock, VA and Billy Williams of Middletown, MD.
