Jacob Forrett Dies at Adel
ADEL, IA - Jacob T. Forrett, 71, widely known farmer, died at his home here Friday night of a heart condition. He had farmed in the Adel and Boone Township vicinity more than 45 years.
He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Joe Quinn of Adel; Mrs. Grace Merical of Van Meter; Mrs. Adaline Losh and Mrs. Janet Mullins, both of Des Moines; two sons, Francis and Billy, both of Adel and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Johns Catholic Church here.
