Otto G. Berge, 91, father of Arthur Berge of Campbellsport, died Wednesday following a short illness. He lived in Valders.
He had established a funeral home in Valders in 1896 and was active in the business until his retirement several years ago.
Surviving are three sons, Guilford of Valders, Marvin of DeKalb, Ill., and Arthur; one daughter, Mrs. Ariene Tomlinson, Minneapolis; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church in Valders, with the Rev. Robert Onkka officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Christensen Funeral Home in Valders from 4 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday.
