Neva Harvey, 86, Danville, Illinois, died at 6:55 a.m. December 24, 2003, in her home.

Mrs. Harvey was a Jefferson High School graduate. She had worked for General Electric, Southtown Poultry, Peterson Filling, Teepak and the Veterans Administration. She was a member of Holiday Hills Free Methodist Church, NARFE, AARP and Denison Society.

Mrs. Harvey was born February 13, 1917, in Frankfort, Indiana, to George E. and Merry "Mamie" (Baird) Blinn.

She married William Rose on March 19, 1936, in Clinton County, Indiana. She married James Robert Harvey on August 3, 1949, in Danville, Illinois, and he preceded her in death on April 13, 1984.

Surviving are two sons, William W. (Carol) Rose III of Noblesville, and Robert (Carol Dunbar) Rose of Bloomington, Illinois; one sister, Betty Friedrich of Frankfort; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Blinn and Max Blinn; and one sister, Nellie Heavilon.
