PORTLAND--Paul I. Adamson, 79, died Monday morning at Jay County Hospital after several months of failing health.
He was a member of Portland Order of Eastern Star and Hagerstown Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Zina; one daughter, Margaret McDonald, Port Richie, Fla.; one son, Ora A. Adamson, Ridgeville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one half-brother, Leroy Pelauter, Tucson, Ariz.; and a half-sister, Susie Myers, Ashtabula, Ohio.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Praise Chapel Church of God, Union City, with Rev. Greg Comer officiating. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, after 1 p.m. Wednesday, and at the church one hour prior to services.
