Former Muncie resident Margaret L. Macdonald, 76, died Friday in Bay Tree Nursing Home, Palm Harbor, Fla., after a short illness.
She was born in Jay County, attended school in Bluff Point, and had resided in Pasco County, Fla., the past 25 years since leaving the Muncie area.
Mrs. Macdonald worked at Chevrolet-Muncie, (now New Venture Gear) during World War II.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Naomi Adamson, New Port Richey, Fla.; three nephews; a niece, and 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
A brother, Ora A. Adamson, and her parents, Paul and Zina Emery Adamson, are deceased.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Elm Ridge Cemetery, with Rev. Pat Tobin officiating. Calling will be an hour before services Tuesday at the mausoleum chapel. Meeks Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
