The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2015, at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ricky Craig officiating. Interment will follow in Wilson Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.
Mr. Landreth was born August 15, 1951, in Rockingham County, to the late Walter Franklin Landreth and Sarah Louise Llewellyn. He was a past employee of Central Telephone Company and Myrick Construction Co. He was a member of Wilson Primitive Baptist Church. “Goober” was a skilled guitarist and an avid fisherman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Tammy Beck; brothers, David Landreth and Jerry Franklin Landreth and sister, Angel D. Landreth.
