CHARLES CAMERON DIES AT LAMESA

Sweetwater, May 16 - Charles Elmer Cameron, 60, died at his home in Lamesa early Sunday morning.

Funeral services will be held at the First Methodist Church in Lamesa at 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Cal Wright officiating, assisted by the Rev. Sam Thomas.

The body will be brought to Sweetwater following the Lamesa service where graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. J. Edmund Kirby, pastor of the First Methodist Church here, officiating. Burial will be in the Sweetwater Cemetery under the direction of Wells Funeral Home.

Mr. Cameron resided in Sweetwater until moving to Lamesa in 1924. He served in Lamesa as manager of the Texas Electric Service Co.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, Stewart Cameron of Texas City, Harold Cameron of Austin and Hall Cameron, a student in Texas A & M College; two daughters, Mrs. J. D. Worley of Plainview and Mrs. Ben F. Smith of Houston.
